**This is a post from my old blog.  We don’t eat dairy or cheese (it’s an intolerance issue that rears it’s ugly head every couple of years) anymore but I had to post it here because so many ask for it!**

So it’s Summer and that means time for backyard fun and bbq’s!!  But with that can come a selection of unhealthy foods like chips and dip.  My husband loves sitting back during the summer with a drink while grilling!  When Fathers Day came around and I asked him what he wanted…he quickly replied a yummy cheese dip.  HA!  He said it mostly to see my reaction.

Well it got my wheels turning and I thought of a Spicy Greek yogurt we had once tried at Costco that he loved and we never saw it again.  So after looking online at several different Buffalo dips it was easy to come up with a Chicken Buffalo Dip that was a healthy alternative.  All the yumminess without all the extra calories!3

AND GUESS WHAT???  The hubs was so HAPPY with Buffalo chicken dip, YAY!!!!  Geez the whole family nailed it!   😉

1INGREDIENTS

2 cups Greek yogurt
2 cups shredded chicken
1 cup shredded cheese
Franks Red Sauce or favorite hot sauce (you decide how much if you want it hot…..starting point is 1/4 cup)  I add a lot because J LOVES the heat!!!

DIRECTIONS

*Preheat oven to 350
* mix yogurt, chicken and 1/2 of cheese and hot sauce
* scoop into oven safe bowl
*Bake for 15 minutes until heated all the way through and then add the rest of the cheese to the top
